עמוד זה מסביר איך לבקש מחיקה של מידע שנשמר במסגרת השירותים, כמפורט במדיניות הפרטיות.
1. האתר עצמו
האתר הוא עמוד תדמית סטטי. הוא אינו משתמש בעוגיות מעקב ואינו אוסף מידע אישי, ולכן אין בו מידע למחוק.
2. מערכות שאני מפעיל עבור לקוחות עסקיים
כאשר פניתם לעסק שאני מפעיל עבורו מערכת מענה (למשל ב-WhatsApp), תוכן ההתכתבות ומספר הטלפון שלכם נשמרים לצורך מתן המענה. המידע הזה שייך לעסק שפניתם אליו.
3. איך מבקשים מחיקה
- שלחו דוא״ל אל [email protected] עם הנושא "בקשת מחיקת מידע".
- ציינו את מספר הטלפון שממנו פניתם ואת שם העסק שפניתם אליו, כדי שנוכל לאתר את הרשומות.
- נאשר את קבלת הבקשה, נמחק את הרשומות שנשמרות במערכות שאני מפעיל, ונעדכן את העסק הרלוונטי. נשיב לבקשה תוך 30 יום.
4. מידע שנשמר אצל WhatsApp
הודעות שנשלחו דרך WhatsApp נשמרות גם אצל WhatsApp ו-Meta בהתאם למדיניות שלהן. מחיקה שם נעשית דרך הגדרות WhatsApp.

This website is a static page. It uses no tracking cookies and collects no personal data.
Messaging systems operated for business clients store conversation content and the sender's phone number in order to reply. That data belongs to the business that was contacted.
To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the phone number you wrote from and the name of the business you contacted. We will delete the records held in the systems we operate, notify the business, and reply within 30 days.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are also held by WhatsApp and Meta under their own policies; deletion there is done in WhatsApp's settings.
